Your headshot session is designed to be quick, easy, and surprisingly comfortable. With just a few simple tips, you’ll walk in feeling prepared and walk out with an image you’re excited to use.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your session will last about 5 minutes and is fully guided from start to finish.

You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do. I’ll direct you through simple, natural movements and expressions so you look like yourself on your best day.

The goal is to keep things efficient while still giving you a relaxed, professional result.

HOW TO PREPARE

Keep it simple.
Choose something that fits well and feels like you. If you’re unsure, a clean, solid color is always a safe choice.

Avoid distractions.
Busy patterns, large logos, and overly trendy accessories can pull attention away from your face.

Bring a backup option (if you can).
If you’re deciding between two looks, bring both. We can make a quick call together.

Think polished, not overdone.
Hair and makeup should feel like your everyday, but slightly elevated.

DAY-OF TIPS

Arrive on time
Sessions are short and scheduled back-to-back, so arriving on time ensures you get your full session.

Take a quick mirror check
A fast check for hair, lint, or anything out of place goes a long way.

Trust the process
Most people feel a little unsure in front of the camera. That’s completely normal. I’ll guide you through everything so you don’t have to think about it.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Your image will be delivered via a private online gallery within two weeks of the event.

From there, you’ll be able to:

  • Select and download your included image

  • Purchase additional images ($75 each)

  • Add professional retouching ($25 per image)

The gallery is simple to navigate, and you’ll receive clear instructions when it’s ready.

You’re not alone. Most people feel this way. The session is designed to be quick and guided so you don’t have to figure anything out on your own.

Can I see multiple images before choosing?
Yes. You’ll be able to choose your favorite from a small, curated set in an online proofing gallery.

How will I receive my photo?
You’ll get an email with a link to your private proofing gallery where you can view, select, and download your image.
