SENIOR PORTRAITS
Thoughtful, relaxed senior portraits that celebrate who they are right now and who they're becoming.

Senior Portraits | Westchester County
Not your yearbook photo.
Not a fashion shoot.
Just an authentic, creative portrait experience that celebrates who you are right now.
Whether you're happiest walking around downtown, by the shoreline, on a tennis court or curled up with your dog, we'll create portraits that feel unmistakably like you.
Which experience fits you?
I offer two types of senior sessions. Both are relaxed, thoughtfully planned, and designed around your personality—not a shot list.

Perfect for seniors who want beautiful portraits without turning it into an all-day production.

Or decide after viewing your gallery for $150.
You'll receive every edited image from your gallery instead of choosing four favorites.

Why Now?
Senior year has a funny way of disappearing.
School starts.
Applications.
Sports.
Homecoming.
Prom.
Graduation.
Then suddenly...
everyone is packing dorm bins.
Late summer and early fall are my favorite time for senior portraits because life hasn't quite sped up yet.
You have room to breathe.
And your photographs should feel that way too.
What makes my sessions different
I spend very little time worrying about whether your hand is exactly right.
I spend a lot more time helping you relax enough that your real personality shows up.
Some seniors arrive confident.
Some arrive convinced they're going to hate every minute.
Some arrive with a few friends, like “extras” on a film set!
I've photographed all kinds. By the end of the session, most kids are surprised by how much fun they had.
We'll choose a place that feels like you.
The shoreline.
Downtown.
Your backyard.
An athletic field.
A record store.
A city street.
Where we photograph matters because your photographs should tell people something about who you are—not just what you look like.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Whatever feels most like you.
I'll send plenty of guidance before your session, but comfort always photographs better than trends.
-
Who else is going to hold your wardrobe? But seriously, of course! I usually encourage a parent to jump in for a few photographs at the end.
Those images become unexpected favorites.
-
Absolutely. And as long our location allows for it!
-
Sure.
If there's time, I'm happy to include a few photographs of you together.
The session, however, is designed around you.

Late summer and early fall are ideal for outdoor shoots. As the weather cools down into late fall and winter, we can get creative and ask local businesses if they’d mind. Restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, cafes, comic book stores and bakeries are all possibilities.
Before you go…
Looking ahead...
Add a Next Steps session when you book and save.
Next spring, I'll offer short portrait sessions celebrating graduation and whatever comes next: college, work, travel, the military, or wherever life leads.
It's an easy way to capture cap and gown portraits and celebrate accomplishments. Get the perfect bookend image of senior year and create a memorable graduation announcement for friends and family.
Before They Go
Time flies, and I’ve been known to stop it.
In August, you’ll feel like you blinked.
If you'd like to document the last weeks before college, shipping out or heading into the work force, ask me about Before They Go sessions.
They're short.
Relaxed.
At home.
And they're quickly becoming one of my favorite things to photograph.
