General info about family sessions:
Sessions typically last about 60-90 mins and they are fun, dynamic, and full of encouraging prompts so everyone is comfortable and feeling natural.
For OUTDOOR sessions, I use natural light. These sessions must take place when the sun is low on the horizon: EARLY MORNING (~1hr after sunrise) and LATE AFTERNOON (~1hr before sunset). If everyone's schedule prohibits a session at these times, I might suggest a location I trust (light and shadow-wise). Locations range throughout Westchester-- from clients' backyards to nearby parks and shorelines.
If you have a newborn (oh goodness I love newborns) or toddler in your family, I offer INDOOR sessions either at the hospital or in your home, usually around midday.
Families typically invest between $675 - $1025 depending on the type of session and packages I offer. To officially hold your date, a nonrefundable session fee is required.
Requests for rescheduling due to weather or sickness may be made with 24hrs prior to the date of your session. In some cases (i.e. NYC or locations over 1hr from Pelham, NY) I charge a small travel fee.
After your session, I'll email you a link to schedule a time to view a slideshow featuring your images. The slideshow will be open for 24 hours.
Packages will be available for purchase after you view the slideshow. Each package offers a combination of digital images and credit to use towards the purchase of print products from the gallery.
After you purchase a package, you’ll have 30 days to choose your images from a private online gallery (expect a variety of images, with a mix of color and black and white— at least 65 images)
Print products and wall art are available for additional purchase from the gallery. I use a pro lab and guarantee all work is checked for quality prior to printing and delivery.
